Content Rights Certification (Required)
Before uploading any content, all creators are required to certify — and by uploading content do certify — that they either:
• Own the content they are uploading; or
• Possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and commercial rights required to distribute, stream, sell, or monetize that content.
This certification is a mandatory condition enforced at the point of upload via an acknowledgment checkbox. Uploading without holding the required rights constitutes a material breach of Platinum Sound's Terms of Service and may result in immediate content removal and account termination.
Platinum Sound strictly requires all users to own or possess the necessary legal rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to upload, distribute, stream, sell, or otherwise monetize content through the platform.
Artists may only upload:
- Original music they created
- Music for which they possess legal distribution rights
- Licensed content with documented authorization
- Content that does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights
Users are prohibited from uploading:
- Copyrighted music without authorization
- Unauthorized remixes
- Unauthorized samples
