All music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, and related content uploaded to the platform are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Platinum Sound does not claim ownership of any User Content and does not represent or warrant that any content available on the platform is free from third-party intellectual property claims.
Prior to uploading any content, all creators must certify — and by uploading do certify — that they either (i) own the content they are uploading, or (ii) possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and commercial rights required to distribute, stream, sell, or monetize that content. This certification is a binding condition of upload enforced at the time of submission.
Platinum Sound shall not be held liable for any infringement claims arising from User Content. Any such claims should be directed to the content creator and/or reported to our DMCA Agent as described in our Terms of Service.
Platinum Sound does not guarantee any specific level of revenue, income, streams, downloads, visibility, or commercial success for any artist or content creator using the platform. Any reference to earnings potential, artist success stories, or platform capabilities are illustrative only and should not be construed as guarantees of future performance.
Revenue generated from sales is subject to platform commission rates, Stripe processing fees, applicable taxes, and other deductions as disclosed at the time of transaction. Artists are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax obligations related to income earned through the platform.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Platinum Sound. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Platinum Sound. You access third-party resources at your own risk.
Platinum Sound does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The platform may be subject to temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Internet service disruptions, server outages, or force majeure events.
We are not responsible for any data loss, corrupted files, failed uploads, interrupted streams, or other technical failures that may occur during your use of the Services. We recommend that artists maintain independent backups of all original content files.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLATINUM SOUND, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT THEREON — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — EVEN IF PLATINUM SOUND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
